Joe Deckard grew up in the hills of southern Indiana, raised on gospel harmonies and gravel roads.  Though Greene County shaped his early days, he now calls Fairnmount — hometown of James Dean — home,   His roots run deep through the heartland,  and so does his music.  A singer-songwriter with a raw, soulful edge, Joe blends Americana, country. and folk with the grit of bluegrass and the soul of gospel
